All of the puppies have homes!

All of the puppies have found their forever homes! We kept Shadow and Little Bit and they are just too cute! Star is still here but she does have a home lined up. I can't believe how big these puppies are getting. It is so much fun to watch Shasta and the puppies playing.

Puppy kits are here! (and new pics)

Individual Puppy Pictures:

The puppy kits I ordered have arrived and they are awesome! They are from Eukanuba and they are neatly packaged in a plastic file type folder. There will be one puppy kit for each adopted puppy and they come with a puppy food sample, coupon, puppy care guide, development chart and a record keeping chart. These puppies only have 2 more weeks until they are ready to go to their new families!

Here are some more pictures from the past week!

Individual Pics are here!!!

Shasta's puppies are getting bigger everyday! We got rid of the box they were in and put up a large play yard for them. They have a lot more room now. All but two of the puppies still need homes. If you are interested in one please send me an email with the number of the one you want. These puppies will be ready for their new homes on March 13th.

One week old!

All of the puppies are officially one week old! Some of them were a week old yesterday and the rest are a week old today. They are all growing well, especially in the lung department! The puppies can be very vocal and they seem to choose to be vocal all at the same time, usually while I am trying to do my homework!!! Their weights range from 9.7oz to 1lb 1.1oz. The smallest puppy, Little Bit, is just now reaching the birth weights of the other puppies. Shasta is doing great! She eats like a horse right now, but that is to be expected. She goes back to the vet on Thursday to have the staples removed from her C-Section incision. I am posting their group one week pictures today and I will work on individual pictures after I get caught up on my homework.

Bryan and "Little Bit"

Bryan was laying in bed holding "Little Bit" and he fell asleep. It was so cute that I just had to take a picture! I gave "Little Bit" back to Shasta since Bryan was asleep.

About an hour after I moved "Little Bit" Bryan woke up and started looking around frantically saying, "Where is she? Where's Little Bit? Where's the puppy?" I couldn't help but laugh my head off. It was just so uncharacteristic of him. I told him I had put Little Bit back with Shasta and he was back in a dead sleep within 5 minutes.

FYI, "Little Bit" is the smallest puppy. She was 7.3oz at birth and as of this afternoon she is 8.9oz. She is the slowest weight gainer but she is getting there. She is also the one we will most likely be keeping.
